The rules for browsing and buying from Opalith Cairo.

1. Agreement

By browsing or purchasing from Opalith Cairo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Products & pricing

Product photos, descriptions, and prices are shown as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly by screen. Prices are in EGP unless stated otherwise and may change without notice before you complete checkout. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or priced in error, and we will notify you.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Acceptance happens when we confirm the order. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.

4. Payment

Available methods may include cash on delivery, InstaPay, and — when enabled — card or wallet payments via providers such as Paymob. By paying online you also accept the payment provider’s terms. Orders are only fulfilled after successful payment confirmation where prepaid methods apply.

5. Shipping & delivery

We deliver within Egypt. Delivery times are estimates (typically 1–3 working days in major cities, longer elsewhere). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Logistics partners such as Bosta may handle delivery; their tracking and delivery rules apply once the parcel is handed over.

6. Returns & exchanges

Unworn items with original tags may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to our shipping & returns policy. Sale or final-sale items may be excluded unless faulty.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — branding, photography, copy, and design — belongs to Opalith Cairo or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or delay in delivery caused by carriers, force majeure, or incorrect address details supplied by you.
