Delivery across Egypt, and how returns & exchanges work.
Shipping
We ship across Egypt. Delivery is usually within 1–3 working days in Cairo and major cities; other areas may take longer. Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on your governorate. When activated, partners such as Bosta may deliver and provide tracking.
14-day returns
Unworn items with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in resaleable condition with no signs of wear, perfume, or damage.

Exchanges
Size or colour exchanges are available within 14 days, subject to stock. Contact us after your order arrives to arrange an exchange.
Non-returnable items
Sale pieces, custom alterations, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Cash on delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or mobile wallet when applicable.
